Symptoms of PTSD include:
Bothersome memories, nightmares, flashbacks, being severely affected by reminders, avoidance of memories/thoughts/feelings related to the trauma, forgetting part of the trauma, negative beliefs or expectations, blaming yourself/others, negative emotions related to trauma (fear, anger, guilt, shame, etc.), decreased interest in activities, feelings of detachment, feeling unable to feel positive emotions, irritability, reckless behavior, watchfulness/on edge, being easily startled, trouble concentrating, trouble sleeping
